Abbe Udochi is the Founder and CEO of Concierge Healthcare Consulting (CHC), an Aging Life Care® practice based in New Rochelle, New York. She and her team help families navigate the maze of eldercare — from medical coordination and care planning to finding trusted home care, senior housing, and community resources. A seasoned healthcare leader with 25 years of executive experience, Abbe once led Medicaid and Child Health Plus programs for one of New York’s largest public health plans — where she championed healthcare reform in Washington, D.C. and Albany. Today, she serves as a Corporate Director on the Fidelis Care/Centene Board of Directors, hosts The Eldercare Alliance podcast, and continues to be a sought-after speaker and advocate for caregivers who want to balance compassion with clarity and control.
